ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Quality Lead at Gisou you will be responsible for the continuous improvement, standardization, and professionalization of our quality systems and processes. This is a senior role reporting into the VP of Supply Chain and will sit on the Supply Chain Leadership Team.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive quality assurance strategy for the supply chain, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards throughout the entire supply chain lifecycle.
• Designing and overseeing the implementation of robust quality control processes,
including the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and
improve overall quality.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to enhance overall supply chain efficiency and reliability.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet quality standards and promoting a culture of quality within the supply chain network.
• Collaborating with the product development team to integrate quality requirements into new product launches and design changes.
• Conducting risk assessments to identify potential quality issues and develop mitigation strategies to minimize supply chain disruptions.
• Undertaking quality audits for current and new supplier.
• Working with customer experience team to review consumer and customer complaints and create action plans to mitigate issues.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• 6 to 10 years of experience in a leadership role within quality assurance, preferably in a supply chain environment.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and show impact in a fast moving high growth environment
• Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
