ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to Gisou’s international growth by supporting a wide range of marketing activations. You’ll gain valuable insights into the beauty industry, develop hands-on experience, and work closely with the team in a collaborative and creative environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Analysing the beauty market and staying on top of the latest trends, reporting back relevant findings to the team.

• Performing research on competition, pricing, and category developments.

• Supporting monthly reporting by pulling and structuring data and sharing findings with the wider marketing team.

• Supporting on ad hoc global marketing campaigns and project operations.

• Assisting in cross-regional communication, helping to manage follow-ups with international markets.

• Supporting the creation and maintenance of retail education toolkits, QRGs, and training materials for global beauty advisor and retailer audiences.

• Taking ownership of the global education resource bank, keeping materials organised, up to date, and accessible for regional teams.
  

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• You are following a Marketing / Communication / Commercial Economics related study.

• You have a passion for marketing and beauty.

• You speak and write fluent English.

• You have an understanding of marketing mix and theories.

• Team player with a creative mindset.

• Go-doer, go-getter attitude to work in a past paced start-up environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Available to complete the Internship Programme from Mon 3rd Aug 2026 - Wed 3rd Feb 2027.

• You must be looking for a FULL-TIME & ONSITE internship for 6 months.

• You must have an Internship contract from your School / University and the internship must be integrated into your program of study.

• Available for 5 days per week, from which 4 days on-site in the Amsterdam office.
  

WHAT WE OFFER:

• This internship is compensated (€450 per month).

• 1 day of remote working per week.
