ABOUT THE ROLE
As Head of Marketing, International Markets (6-month FTC), you will lead the strategic direction and execution of marketing across international markets and emerging regions. Acting as the key link between global brand vision and regional market delivery, you will oversee and elevate 360° marketing activations across retail, digital, in-store, and education touchpoints.
You will manage cross-functional collaboration across global teams and key partners in market to develop best-in-class activation frameworks, to deliver excellent execution of the global vision in market. This role requires an experienced marketer, who can stretch across all elements of the marketing mix, is proactive and eager to be hands-on, and involved in the details of all regions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in beauty and haircare, creative approach, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced environment. Experience in international markets is preferred, but not essential.
Location: London or Amsterdam (mandatory)
Contract: 6-month fixed-term (maternity cover)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Brand Animations
Maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and internal global stakeholders across Social, Communications, Trade, In-Store, Digital, and Education.
Translating the global vision across all markets. Driving best-in-class 360° go-to-market activations that resonate with consumer across various regions. Managing independent brand moments, and also partnership moments with key retailers.
Strong trade marketing skills, confident in end -to-end Visual Merchandising managing to deliver highly productive visual merchandising solutions across the regions.
Oversee the creation of scalable activation toolkits in partnership with global teams, tailored to regional needs and timelines.
Monitor brand performance, leveraging data, competitive intelligence, and market insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize impact.
Communications & Press Leadership
Lead Press & Creator strategy across the regions. Managing local PR agencies, talent briefing and local eventing.
Shaping communications strategy to drive awareness & EMV across the regions.
Strategic Marketing Leadership
Shape International marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with global brand priorities and regional growth objectives.
Own and oversee the International activation roadmap, driving consistency and excellence across all markets.
Act as the senior marketing voice for the region, influencing global strategy with local insights and opportunities.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead and inspire cross-functional collaboration across global brand teams, regional stakeholders, and retail partners.
Partner closely with the Global Education team to develop impactful training programs and ensure effective field execution.
Drive alignment through key milestone meetings and ensure flawless delivery of campaigns.
Operational Excellence
Continuously improve processes, workflows, and ways of working to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure strong governance, planning, and prioritization across all marketing initiatives.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to shape and share animation plans with internal and external partners.
Strong trade marketing skills, confident in delivering best in class, highly productive visual merchandising solutions across the regions.
Highly analytical, with the ability to drive data-informed decision-making.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative, agile, and results-driven mindset.
WHO YOU ARE
An experienced marketing leader with a track record of delivering 360° campaigns and communication strategies within the beauty or related industry.
Passionate about brand building, consumer experience, and cultural relevance.
Commercially minded with strong retail and partner management experience.
A proactive self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments.
A natural collaborator with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
Available for a 6-month fixed-term contract (from July) and based in London or Amsterdam.
