ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a high-potential Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance Team. This is a junior, career-building role designed as a stepping stone for someone with strong fundamentals, sharp instincts, and the ambition to grow quickly in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.

You’ll sit at the intersection of finance and commercial decision-making, reporting into our Head of Business Control, supporting the business with insights that drive performance. This role is ideal for someone who is a quick thinking, loves working with data, and is ready to take ownership early.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Support financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes

• Own and continuously improve financial models and reporting tools

• Translate data into clear, actionable insights for commercial teams

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Operations)

• Assist in monthly closing, variance analysis, and performance tracking

• Build dashboards and reports that enable better, faster decision-making

• Proactively identify risks and opportunities across the business
  

WHO YOU ARE:

• 1–4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Advanced Excel skills (this is a must — you should be genuinely excellent)

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail

• Resilient and able to stay sharp in high-pressure, fast-moving situations

• Confident communicator — able to hold your own with commercial stakeholders

• Experience or internship in FMCG, beauty, or a consumer-driven business (nice to have)

• Exposure to financial systems or BI tools (e.g. NetSuite, Power BI, Looker) (nice to have)
