ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an IT Intern at Gisou, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the daily operations and continuous improvement of our workplace technology environment, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all employees. Under the guidance of our experienced IT team, you will assist in providing hands-on support across hardware, software, and user management. This role offers a dynamic, user-facing experience where you will help maintain and enhance IT processes and support a secure, well-documented, and high-performing digital workplace.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Solid knowledge of Windows and macOS
Experience with Microsoft 365 (M365)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Experience with IT support / helpdesk / workplace management
Affinity with live, user-facing support (workplace support)
Familiarity with ticketing systems and working with an MSP
Basic understanding of IT security best practices
Strong communication and documentation skills
Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Provide first-line and second-line IT support to internal users (onsite and remote)
Deliver hands-on workplace support (hardware, software, device setup)
Manage and maintain end-user devices (Windows and macOS environments)
Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 (M365) and Office applications
Work closely with and follow up on tickets with the Managed Service Provider (MSP)
Assist with (mini) IT projects, including implementation and coordination
Create and maintain clear IT documentation and knowledge base articles
Support the IT Director with operational and administrative tasks
Contribute to improving IT processes and overall user experience
Help promote and strengthen Security Awareness within the organization

REQUIREMENTS:
Available to complete the Internship Programme from Mon 3rd Aug 2026 - Wed 3rd Feb 2027.
You must be looking for a FULL-TIME & ONSITE internship for 6 months.
You must have an Internship contract from your School / University and the internship must be integrated into your program of study.
Available for 5 days per week, from which 4 days on-site in the Amsterdam office.
WHAT WE OFFER:
This internship is compensated (€450 per month).
1 day of remote working per week.
