ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and high-performing digital assets that bring Gisou to life online. You will work closely in our Creative Studio, and collaborate closely with marketing, and e-commerce teams to design assets for campaigns, website experiences, product launches, lifecycle marketing, and digital channels.
A strong understanding of digital-first design and proficiency in Figma is essential for this role. An appreciation for emerging AI-powered design tools and how they can support creative workflows is highly valued.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and deliver high-quality digital assets for website, email, paid media, and social platforms.
Create and maintain UI components and layouts for the Gisou website and digital experiences.
Develop campaign landing pages and product storytelling visuals.
Collaborate with the e-commerce, marketing, and creative teams to translate campaign concepts into digital executions.
Work within and help evolve Gisou’s digital design system.
Ensure all designs are consistent with Gisou’s visual identity and Art Directors guidelines.
Optimize designs for performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
Prepare design files and prototypes using Figma & Photoshop for handoff to DTC managers and retailers.
Create visually engaging assets for CRM campaigns and lifecycle market
WHO YOU ARE:
3+ years of experience in digital or product design, ideally within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, After Effect & Photoshop in particular - full mastery of the full Adobe Suite is highly appreciated.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work (web, e-commerce, campaigns, or UI).
Experience designing for responsive web and mobile environments.
Strong attention to detail and understanding of visual hierarchy and typography.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Interest in beauty, storytelling, and digital brand building.
