ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Finance Intern at Gisou, you’ll work closely with our VP of Finance to support a range of ongoing finance projects and daily operations. This is a hands-on internship where you’ll gain valuable experience in financial data management, systems, and process improvement within a dynamic and fast-growing beauty brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Update and populate finance databases, ensuring information is accurate and complete.

• Download data on a weekly basis and update relevant files and reports.

• Perform checks to confirm all updates and reporting tasks have been completed correctly.

• Monitor Sephora and other retail platforms to review and verify product pricing.

• Attend finance and cross-functional meetings, take clear action points, and ensure follow-up.

• Circulate information and updates across the finance team.

• Provide project support, including assistance with system implementation and process improvements.
  

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently studying Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (HBO/WO level).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

• A proactive mindset — you’re comfortable taking initiative and following through.

• Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Available to complete the Internship Programme from Mon 3rd Aug 2026 - Wed 3rd Feb 2027.

• You must be looking for a FULL-TIME & ONSITE internship for 6 months.

• You must have an Internship contract from your School / University and the internship must be integrated into your program of study.

• Available for 5 days per week, from which 4 days on-site in the Amsterdam office.
  

WHAT WE OFFER:

• 1 day of remote working per week.
