ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Supply Chain Specialist at Gisou, you'll oversee multiple facets of our supply chain operations, emphasizing B2B and warehouse management, as well as overall operational efficiency. Joining our robust team of nine, you'll specialize in downstream supply chain dynamics, collaborating closely with peers to drive efficiency and innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing and optimizing operational processes in our North America warehouses by tracking the KPI’s to improve efficiency and accuracy

• Overseeing relationships with our business-to-business partners in the North America market, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to meet their needs and expectations.

• Ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment by monitoring outbound workflows, prioritizing shipments, and proactively resolving bottlenecks to meet SLA and on-time delivery targets

• Leading Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with 3PL partners and internal stakeholders to evaluate performance, identify risks, and implement corrective action plans.

• Overseeing inventory management across North America facilities, including stock reconciliation and stock optimization to maintain high inventory accuracy.

• Managing relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and business-to-business partners, ensuring strong communication, accountability, and alignment with operational goals and service expectations.

• Collaborating cross-functionally with our Customer Experience team to resolve supply chain-related issues, reduce fulfillment escalations, and ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Proven experience in supply chain management, with a focus on B2B and D2C operations.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.

• A genuine team-player mentality, actively collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and fostering a supportive work environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners.

• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail, capable of identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

• Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and warehouse management systems is preferred.
