ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Supply Chain Intern - Warehousing & Logistics, you will support the daily logistics and warehousing activities that keep our supply chain running smoothly. This is a hands-on role focused on end-to-end warehouse management where you’ll gain practical experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP tools (e.g. NetSuite), and e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify), while learning how data flows across systems and teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

• Assist with daily stock reviews and ensuring inventory records are accurate

• Support the end-to-end coordination of B2B and B2C shipments, from order fulfilment to delivery tracking and issue resolution

·       Support B2C shipments where required, ensuring smooth order execution across channels

• Maintain and update supply chain data across internal systems to support smooth operations

• Contribute to stock, warehouse performance, and logistics KPI reporting, turning data into insights

·       Provide operational support on key campaigns and activations - ensuring our warehouses are set-up for exciting Digital campaigns.

• Assist with documentation related to shipments, warehouses, and suppliers.

• Work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth product flow.

• Join team meetings and actively share ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and ways of working
  

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong interest in supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations.

• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.

• Comfortable working with data and numbers.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with supply chain or WMS systems is a plus.

• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Available to start in February 2026.

• You must be a student and are looking for a FULL-TIME & ONSITE internship for at least 6 months.

• You must have an Internship contract from your School / University and the internship must be integrated into your program of study.

• Available for 5 days per week, from which 4 days on-site in the Amsterdam office.
