ABOUT THE ROLE:
As our Product Brand Manager, you’ll help bring our brand and product stories to life through seamless, glow-worthy global execution. You will be the operational heartbeat behind our launches: ensuring every campaign, product moment, and market activation is delivered on time, aligned across teams, and infused with the signature Honey Glow our community knows and loves.
You’ll partner closely with Product Development, Creative, Retail, PR & Influencer, and our regional markets to orchestrate flawless go-to-market planning and cross-functional alignment. With a balance of storytelling and commercial acumen, you’ll ensure our global calendar runs smoothly, our teams are empowered with best-in-class toolkits, and our launches land with impact around the world.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Global Go-to-Market Planning
- Orchestrate end-to-end go-to-market plans for Gisou’s global campaigns and product launches, ensuring every moment is beautifully executed and delivered on time.
- Manage cross-functional timelines and bring teams together — from Product Development to Creative, PR, Retail, and eCommerce — to create cohesive launch experiences.
- Proactively anticipate risks or blockers, finding thoughtful solutions that keep our launches running smoothly.
Global Marketing Calendar Stewardship
- Own and maintain the global marketing calendar, ensuring clarity, alignment, and seamless flow between brand strategy, product milestones, and creative development.
- Lead cross-functional check-ins that keep teams informed, empowered, and connected to the brand story behind each launch.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable, well-structured plans that guide teams through each season.
Regional Go-to-Market Activation
- Serve as a trusted partner to our regional teams, equipping them with the tools, guidance, and inspiration needed to activate launches in a way that resonates locally while staying true to Gisou’s global vision.
- Gather market insights, challenges, and opportunities to continually refine our global plans and strengthen local relevance.
- Ensure all regions feel connected to and supported by global brand strategy.
Toolkit & Asset Delivery
- Lead the creation and distribution of comprehensive campaign and product toolkits: ensuring markets and teams receive everything they need to bring launches to life.
- Oversee asset drops and updates with clarity and attention to detail, ensuring a smooth and organized rollout across all regions.
Performance Tracking & Insights
- Analyze campaign and product performance across regions, channels, and platforms to understand what drives connection and conversion.
- Consolidate sell-in/sell-through results, market feedback, and consumer insights into clear, actionable learnings.
- Use insights to help shape future storytelling, campaign development, and GTM processes so we continue to elevate the Gisou experience globally.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Development, Creative, PR & Influencer, Retail, and eCommerce to ensure every launch reflects Gisou’s Honey Glow and brand values.
- Provide clarity, structure, and support so each team can execute their part of the story with confidence and excellence.
- Facilitate alignment around product positioning, claims, education, and messaging to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
WHO YOU ARE:
- 3–5 years of experience in global or regional marketing, ideally in beauty (haircare a strong plus).
- A marketer with both creative intuition and commercial acumen — able to build inspiring brand stories backed by data.
- Highly organized, proactive, and agile, with a “can-do” mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong understanding of product marketing, consumer journeys, and omnichannel brand building.
- A collaborative partner with excellent communication skills and a love for detail.
- Passionate about beauty, brand storytelling, and bringing products with purpose to life.
