ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Sourcing Manager to lead packaging supplier development, deliver cost saving initiatives, and manage timelines for packaging optimization. This individual plays a pivotal role in aligning supplier capabilities with brand objectives, and supporting cross functional teams to bring products to market on time and on budget. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Development:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard packaging suppliers that align with business objectives.
• Build a robust and agile supplier network that supports long-term strategic growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., PD, Operations) to ensure packaging partners meet technical, quality, and brand standards.

Cost Reduction & Value Creation:

• Lead cost optimization initiatives without sacrificing performance or quality through alternative sourcing, supplier consolidation, and packaging redesigns.
• Identify opportunities for innovative packaging solutions that enhance perceived value and operational efficiency.

Project Management:

• Manage sourcing timelines and supplier activities related to new product development and packaging changes.
• Ensure alignment with product launch planning, cross-functional deliverables, and milestone tracking.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably within packaging and/or Beauty sector.
• Proven network of beauty (packaging) suppliers.
• Strong track record in supplier development, cost optimization, and cross-functional project management.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
