ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Buyer to lead supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive cost optimization within the packaging category. This role plays a critical part in supplier performance management, sourcing strategy, and procurement process improvement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Supplier Relationship & Negotiation Management:

• Own and manage strategic commercial relationships with packaging suppliers.
• Lead pricing negotiations and contract agreements to achieve cost savings and secure favorable business terms.

Financial Reporting & Process Optimization:

• Monitor and analyze packaging spend, track variances, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Operations, Logistics) to optimize procurement processes and delivery performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost efficiency, stock availability, and overall supply chain resilience.

Supplier Performance Evaluation:

• Track and report on supplier KPIs, including On-Time-In-Full (OTIF), quality issues, and responsiveness.
• Partner with suppliers to resolve issues, improve service levels, and ensure performance expectations are met.

WHO YOU ARE:

• 3–5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in packaging and/or beauty environments.
• Proven experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement systems.
