ABOUT THE ROLE:
As our North America Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening Gisou’s brand awareness and brand affinity in North America. You will be responsible for executing innovative brand marketing campaigns, igniting brand awareness and desirability within key retail channels and externally, driving brand demand in the market. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, creative, digital, and product teams and our HQ global marketing teams, and report to the VP of Marketing, North America.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overarching NA Brand Marketing Strategy & Global Marketing Extension
- Support the execution of the North America marketing strategy across retail, brand, influencer, and paid channels, helping drive brand awareness and regional growth.
- Manage the 360° marketing calendar and ensure alignment across campaign timelines, retailer initiatives, and global brand moments.
- Oversee NA insights-driven creative and marketing briefs, and be a partner to global in developing go-to-market plans for new product launches, campaigns and activations
- Lead the development of programs and processes to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, brand health, and brand sentiment. Leverage consumer insights and data analytics to optimize campaigns, evolve brand storytelling, and identify new opportunities for growth within emerging consumer segments. Drive new approach and process with HQ team.
Global Marketing Support & Cross-Functional Liaison
- Develop creative briefs and coordinate campaign assets across functions, including social, PDP, influencer, and paid media.
- Act as the North America liaison to Global Marketing, Social, and Comms teams, ensuring regional priorities and timelines are integrated into global initiatives.
- Own global creation and delivery of Sephora retail marketing assets, including PDP content, ratings & reviews campaigns, and Market Week materials.
NA Campaign Strategy & Retailer Marketing Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of regional campaign moments, from planning to post-launch reporting across influencer, PR, social, and paid touchpoints.
- Develop and oversee execution for NA-led influencer campaigns (paid and organic), including profile recommendations, briefing, timeline management, and performance tracking. For Global initiatives, partner and support HQ on selection of NA talent included in global influencer campaigns (briefing, profile recommendations, key messaging, competitive analysis, etc) - awareness in the NA market.
- Directly oversee and lead PR strategy and day to day agency content and liaison with Global HQ. Manage relationships for PR and influencer marketing, supporting day-to-day coordination, event execution, media strategy and product seeding.
- Own briefing, execution & ongoing management of all NA retailer-facing marketing assets, including PDP assets, social content, onsite ads, 360 Sephora single & multi-branded paid media campaigns.
- Oversee retailer specific paid media budget & product allocation, asset briefing, creative and delivery.
- Support execution of brand activations and in-store eventing, including vendor coordination, copywriting, and asset delivery.
- Track performance across key campaigns and retail programs, summarizing insights and learnings for internal and global stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4- 6 years of experience in brand marketing, trade or retail marketing, retail marketing, or a similar role—preferably within the beauty.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience working with global retailers and coordinating across markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
