Gisou is born out of a passion for bees, haircare and natural beauty. Based on a six-generation beekeeping heritage, each Gisou product is inspired by and made with the finest, sustainably sourced ingredients from our very own Mirsalehi Bee Garden. With this method, our founder Negin and her father continue the family tradition of beekeeping. Our hair care and complexion products harness the transformative benefits of Mirsalehi Honey and rich botanical sources, selected to enhance ones natural beauty.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Oversee, review, and execute the work of image retouching before submission to art direction
• Lead execution and direction of retouching for campaigns in close collaboration with art directors
• Act as the quality gatekeeper for all campaign, product, social and institutional photography
• Create clear, detailed retouch briefs and benchmark examples in collaboration with art directors
• Maintain consistency in lighting, color grading, and style across all assets
• Develop and implement brand retouching guidelines for internal and external use, including watermark policy
• Ensure all approved imagery is resized and optimized for standard formats and platforms
• Stay up to date with retouching techniques and tools, including AI-assisted workflows

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a photo retoucher in beauty, fashion, or luxury lifestyle industries
• Advanced expertise in Adobe Photoshop (Lightroom & Capture One a plus)
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end beauty retouching with natural texture and tone preservation
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to maintain brand consistency across diverse imagery
• Excellent organizational skills with experience in asset management
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Understanding of platform-specific requirements (e-commerce, social, print, OOH)
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience within a creative/retouching team is a plus
• Familiarity with AI-assisted retouching workflows is a plus
