ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Project Manager Logistics, you will lead and execute initiatives to enhance our global supply chain operations. This role focuses on streamlining processes, ensuring operational excellence, and aligning our supply chain strategy with business goals. You’ll play a critical role in managing interdepartmental projects ensuring we meet the demands of our growing markets and customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.This includes, but is not limited to:

• Project Leadership: Plan, execute and oversee supply chain or interdepartmental improvement projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact. 
• Operational Excellence: Evaluate and optimise warehouse operations across B2B and D2C channels, leveraging data-driven insights to improve effciency and accuracy. Collaborate very closely with the warehousing team on the improvements that are necessary.
  
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the supply chain stakeholders. maintaining strong relationships with business partners and internal teams. 
  
• Process Development: Identify opportunties for process enhancement and implement solutions to drive scalability and agility within the supply chain. 
  
• Key User Application Management: Serve as the key user for supply chain applications, providing expertise, overseeing system functionality, and ensuring effective utilisation to support business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Proven experience in supply chain project management (5-7 years), including expertise in logistics operations (preferably across different markets)
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines 
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. 
• Ability to simplify complex information to be share at a senior level
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and build strong partnerships 
• A flexible and adaptable mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving enviroment. 
• Proficiency in WMS, ERP (Netsuite Oracle), and e-commerce platforms Shopify as well as creating detailed project network plans.
