In the upcoming years, we intend to continue to develop high-quality honey infused beauty products as we develop a globally renowned label and raise awareness about the importance of a healthy bee population.
We have been experiencing double digital growth YoY and have established ourselves as a leading hair care line across our global retailers such as Sephora, Selfridges, Mecca, and Harrods. We are currently available in over 40 countries and are on an explosive journey of growth as we launch in new markets, open additional channels and focus on building our team internationally.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Global Product Manager to join our growing Marketing team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and development through to launch and post-launch analysis.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to bring new product innovations, seasonal sets, and sampling initiatives to market—ensuring alignment with brand strategy, market demand, and executional excellence. This role is pivotal in shaping our product assortment globally and elevating our brand experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Development & Lifecycle Management
- Own the full product lifecycle: from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization
- Develop product briefs and drive cross-functional project execution in line with critical milestones
- Collaborate with R&D, packaging, supply chain, and external partners to ensure timely and successful product launches
- Evaluate portfolio performance and implement strategies for SKU optimization and innovation
Sampling & Sets
- Define and execute our global sampling and gifting strategy, ensuring strong alignment with marketing and commercial goals
- Lead the development of discovery sets and curated assortments across retail and digital touchpoints
- Ensure product selections and formats support trial, education, and brand storytelling
Project Management & Execution
- Lead and maintain the Critical Path Analysis (CPA) for all product launches
- Manage cross-functional timelines and deliverables to ensure launches are on time and on brief
- Deliver and update the Run of Show (ROS) for new product introductions and seasonal campaigns
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across Product, Creative, Comms, Digital, Demand Planning, and Retail
- Act as the central liaison between strategy and execution, facilitating smooth coordination and communication
- Support marketing and commercial teams with product-related information, assets, and positioning
Forecasting & Assortment Planning
- Collaborate with Demand Planning to ensure accurate volume forecasting and inventory planning for new launches, sets, and sampling formats
- Maintain oversight of the Global Product & Activation Calendar, supporting visibility and planning across departments and markets
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience in product management in marketing, ideally in the beauty or lifestyle industries.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing timelines, launches, and cross-functional teams
- Strategic mindset with a commercial and customer-centric approach
- Passion for the beauty industry; experience in cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG is a plus
- Comfortable using CPA tools and launch management systems
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Fluent in English
