Based on a six-generation beekeeping heritage, each Gisou product is inspired by and made with the finest, sustainably sourced ingredients from our very own Mirsalehi Bee Garden. With this method, our founder Negin and her father continue the family tradition of beekeeping. Our hair care and complexion products harness the transformative benefits of Mirsalehi Honey and rich botanical sources, selected to enhance ones natural beauty.
We are committed to a bee-friendly & sustainable production method that puts the Mirsalehi Honey Bees first, not only for the sake of the bees, but the greater ecosystem as well. In the upcoming years, we intend to continue to develop high-quality honey infused beauty products as we develop a globally renowned label and raise awareness about the importance of a healthy bee population.
We have been experiencing double digital growth YoY and have established ourselves as a leading hair care line across our global retailers such as Sephora, Selfridges, Mecca, and Harrods. We are currently available in over 40 countries and are on an explosive journey of growth as we launch in new markets, open additional channels and focus on building our team internationally.

About the role
As a Seasonal Retail Designer at Gisou, you will play a key role in shaping how our brand comes to life in retail. You will support the translation of seasonal campaigns and new product launches into immersive, visually compelling experiences across global retail environments.
With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, you will help define and evolve Gisou’s visual merchandising language across graphic design and 3D design—bringing beauty, creativity, and purpose to every touchpoint. Your work will not only inspire and engage shoppers, but also drive commercial performance, productivity, and social content creation - ensuring a cohesive narrative across all consumer touchpoints.
You will be part of the Retail Design Team within our in-house Creative Studio—alongside Branding, Product Design, and Social—and report directly to the Senior Seasonal Retail Designer. Collaboration, innovation, and creative excellence are at the heart of everything we do.
Your remit includes, but is not limited to:
Creative Vision & Strategy
● Design un-bee-lievably bold and immersive 3D & 2D seasonal retail concepts—ranging from VM updates to high-impact activations—that bring new product launches to life in ways that are both visually captivating and commercially impactful.
● Develop mood boards, sketches, artworks and 3D renders to collate into inspirational presentation decks for stakeholder alignment and approval.
● Consistently push the boundaries of visual storytelling and drive Retail Design & Gisou creative and commercial strategies.
Creative Collaboration
● Work closely within the Creative Studio, as well as Global Marketing and Education teams to drive Gisou’s seasonal identities and business goals.
● Work closely with Regional teams to create and deliver Retail POS designs & artworks – balancing Brand, Regional and Retailer requirements.
● Work closely with Vendors to define and execute key Retail POS designs & artworks.
Operational Delivery & Execution
● Manage and adhere to Brand, Creative Studio, and team timelines & CPA’s.
● Work to Global and Regional budgets, managing costs effectively.
● Execute final production files and artworks for production/print as part of Seasonal Toolkits.
Best in class Creative Studio
● Work collaboratively across Creative Studio, Global and Regional teams to drive commercial and productivity performance.
● Stay ahead of retail and design trends to keep Gisou at the forefront of the industry.
● Throughout the design process, encourage and drive sustainable design practices and innovative solutions.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising design, with a proven track record of managing projects from concept to execution. • Experience working in house or at an agency for a beauty brand/s.
• Experience working with beauty retailers including Sephora, Ulta, etc.
• High proficiency in 3D design software: preferably SketchUp
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign and Illustrator as main tools
• Basic working knowledge of Figma to support the translation of digital assets into print ready files
• Proficiency in working across Microsoft software is a plus.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, regardless of location.
• Willingness to travel globally as needed to support brand activations and partnership
* Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
