Gisou is born out of a passion for bees, haircare and natural beauty. Based on a six-generation beekeeping heritage, each Gisou product is inspired by and made with the finest, sustainably sourced ingredients from our very own Mirsalehi Bee Garden. With this method, our founder Negin and her father continue the family tradition of beekeeping. Our hair care and complexion products harness the transformative benefits of Mirsalehi Honey and rich botanical sources, selected to enhance ones natural beauty.

We are committed to a bee-friendly & sustainable production method that puts the Mirsalehi Honey Bees first, not only for the sake of the bees, but the greater ecosystem as well. In the upcoming years, we intend to continue to develop high-quality honey infused beauty products as we develop a globally renowned label and raise awareness about the importance of a healthy bee population.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Packaging Design & Print Specialist, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the design and execution of our packaging, ensuring an immersive and visually compelling unboxing experience for our customers. In collaboration with our experienced design team, you will assist in various aspects of packaging and product design, maintaining our brand's premium aesthetics and commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to execute innovative packaging concepts that align with the Gisou brand identity.
• Create and execute flat artworks and layouts for new packaging designs.
• Contribute to the development of design presentations, mood boards, and ideas to communicate graphic design concepts.
• Support the selection and sourcing of innovative materials, finishes, and print techniques for new packaging and designs.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to enhance packaging design strategies.
• Assist on-site visits and print productions to ensure artworks are executed as desired.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and design critiques to contribute ideas and insights.

About You:
You are passionate about graphic design and eager to bring creativity to every project. You have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of how packaging influences the customer experience. You are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and are always eager to learn and improve.

Requirements:

• A degree in Graphic Design,  or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in graphic design,DTP, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or luxury industry.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Knowledge of print techniques and packaging materials.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering high-quality designs.
