Gisou is born out of a passion for bees, haircare and natural beauty. Based on a six-generation beekeeping heritage, each Gisou product is inspired by and made with the finest, sustainably sourced ingredients from our very own Mirsalehi Bee Garden. With this method, our founder Negin and her father continue the family tradition of beekeeping. Our hair care and complexion products harness the transformative benefits of Mirsalehi Honey and rich botanical sources, selected to enhance ones natural beauty.

We are committed to a bee-friendly & sustainable production method that puts the Mirsalehi Honey Bees first, not only for the sake of the bees, but the greater ecosystem as well. In the upcoming years, we intend to continue to develop high-quality honey infused beauty products as we develop a globally renowned label and raise awareness about the importance of a healthy bee population.

We have been experiencing double digital growth YoY and have established ourselves as a leading hair care line across our global retailers such as Sephora, Selfridges, Mecca, and Harrods. We are currently available in over 40 countries and are on an explosive journey of growth as we launch in new markets, open additional channels and focus on building our team internationally.

ABOUT THE ROLE

At Gisou, exciting times are ahead. As a fast-growing company we are ready to take on more projects that we are very enthusiastic about. To make those projects happen, we are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Creative Concept Intern that will assist our Creative Campaign Associate on the ideation of our campaign concepts, working closely with the wider Creative team. You will be taking on a wide variety of conceptual and creative production responsibilities within the wider campaign phase such as:

• Finding first inspiration and conceptual direction for upcoming campaigns
• Assisting on the further development of campaign concepts
• Assisting on trend-forecasting and benchmark research
• Location scouting 
• Arranging shoot styling & props
• Assisting on talent searches
• Prepare creative concept proposals for creative decision-makers to approve
• Taking care of other hands-on tasks within the wider campaign execution phase

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You must be a HBO / WO student and are looking for a fulltime internship for at least 5 months
• You must be in the procession of a BSN
• You must have an Internship contract from your School / University and the Internship must be integrated into your programme of study
• Your studies are in the direction of Creative, Design, Advertising, Marketing, or Fashion related field.
• You have (at least) a basic working knowledge of the Adobe CC such as Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
• You are a very creative, and out of the box thinker, that is able to inspire and surprise with new concept directions.
• A solution-minded, innovative, mindset is essential
• A personal interest for and knowledge about (social media) trends within the beauty / lifestyle / fashion industry is a plus
• someone with figma knowledge
